My broker, Keith G Kelso, he is a very nice person. When I early renew my mortgage this week, I got a better deal from my current bank by myself, he still check all doc carefully for me, tell me what I should pay attention to, even though he can't make money this time.

Another nice person I met is the home inspector Ron, recommended by XJJ. Even after I moved into my house, he still dropped by to help me to figure out what's wrong with my Air Conditioner.

But my agent was really bad!!!

the TV news said the morgage condition is changed now and it is easier to buy a house now.Before somebody told me ususlly the bank give you morgage 3 times of your sallary. I have a stable job and sallary is almost 30k. I have good credit and have worked more than 3 years. I want buy a house around 170k and pay down payment 15%-20%.Is it possible to get morgage from bank?
