我今年的property evaluation可是涨了58%。:flaming: 今天收到了2004 Interim property Taxs Bill，金额和去年一模一样。怎么回事情？
Your interim bill should be half the amount of what you have paid for last year. You will see the actual increase in the final bill, which I heard will be due sometime in June.

附带的一个小册子里有介绍：The Interim tax bill is the first portion of your total property taxes. It covers 50% of last year's annualized taxes before special charges and is due in March of every year. The final tax bill for the balance of your annual taxes is normall due in June of each year.:blink:
前两天收到俺appeal property assessment的回执，里面有介绍，如果最终结果是降了评估地产价格，市政会退回多余部分，但是户主必须按照市政要求按时交评估价格的税，否则后果自负…:smokin:
