思想转变一下..

不要为钱而活着..

你看的贴子我看完后.有一个想法.就是我想见一个消一个...

都是些什么人.你们留学是为挣钱去了对嘛..狗屁..

钱有什么用?? 很大用处...但怎么挣钱..什么方式挣钱...

如果你们想.我回国后..努力的为国工作...国家发展了..你们的工资不会涨嘛??

中国的人才外流非常严重..出去的..虽然有头脑.虽然想过好的生活...

可是你身上流的是中华民族的血..你走到哪里.变什么国籍..你还是中国人..

要是都为国家出一份小小的力量...为中国的经济做出小小小小的贡献...1个人做不出来什么效果..

10个人可能会改变一个小城市的经济....100个人..可能会把一个落后的省城..变成大都市...1000个人..会把这

个大都市变成国际都市...10000个人...就会振兴一上地区的繁荣... 10W留学生回国....中国的明天是什么样

子......你今天每月工资拿几千元...可能在大家努力下...经济飞速发展...明天你就会拿上万元...

虽然人的生命不是那么长....几十年....可是你的子孙会为"您".骄傲..中国会记住每一个为国做出贡献的人...

中国人口多...出去几十万...一个亿的人...感觉不出来什么...但是在国外的游子...如果回来..那是另一回事

情...那是另一种情况....你们大多数是怎么出国的.....你们出国的时候身上有钱嘛??

不用说别的...第一次出去的机票..是谁给你的..你是花的人民币..还是加币 美元???? 这些钱是哪里挣来的...

难到都是在国外挣来的嘛??

问问自已的良心...除非你是一个无所世事的富家弟子..一生靠老子的钱而活着....自已的亲人也是中国人..

也是在中国的发展做贡献的人...

我说多了也没有用...爱看不爱....反正我不是留学生..我也不是什么学历很高的人..我也不是有钱人..我就知道

我是一位中国人..

在国外留学的游子们，为什么不用你们的“聪明才智”把我们的祖国，建设成一个世界超级大国啊！！！！！

都是没有科学依据的事情，
中国贫富太悬殊了，如果贪官少点，有钱人都能捐点给穷人，作用应该不比留学生差。

你的出发点是很不错的。目光短浅了一点。留在国内就是爱国?留在国外就成了不孝?

现在经济已经全球化了，为什么你可以漠视国际公司在中国用奴隶般的工资赚取中国民工的血汗钱，而不能容忍你的同类在这里赚资本家的钱?

等哪天你们想把红旗插上北美，你们不也需要先头部队吗。。

要用发展的眼光看这个世界，就会懂得很多道理了。

The so called Hi-Tech will be a very mature industry. So its engineers will be paid the same as construction workers?

It may not be that simple as you think. Do you know software engineers in India are already paid 1/3 of their US counterparts, and still increasing at a annual rate of 30%? Just couple of years ago, the level was only 1/5. There will be a time when their cost is too close to that of US. Then, move to another country? China? Who knows.

But if precedent is any guide, IT workers with latest knowledge won't become dirt cheap. Take a look at auto industry. Engineers and mechanics are still well paid after decades.

there is no reason to pay high salary. I think 30k is the reasonable salary
for a software designer. that is about 1/3 of the salary in US. Now the new
graduates in Ottawa accept this salary.
Here, the engineers are never paid higher than the labour workers. OC transpo
driver earns 60 k per year. The train driver earns 100k. think about it. IT
worker has no union. Therefore, they have no protection and have to accept
the Indian level salary.
Big companies like nortel may still offer high salary, but it cannot last long.
Cause the small ones offer 1/2 the salary and still can hire the best guys.

Remember, if Chinese and Indian can do a job, the salary has to
go down. I am currently working in a small high-tech company.
They offer 30k slaray for master students. But now, they don't
want hire anymore people. Cause they have connections with a
Indian company. The guys in indian can program at a much lower
cost. Another reason is they can apply for funding from the
goverment. They pay RA 1000/month to hire tens of student to
to the development jobs.I also know some new graduates from
computer science of waterloo.they are now doing data entry jobs.
There is no reason they cannot do a good job if paid 30k.
So there is realy no reason guys in nortel get over 70k. they
can lay off all the people and hire another 10k people with the
same quality (if not better) with 30k per year.
If we play a fair game according to the demand and supply. 30k
is good enough.

You are damned right.

If with only several months training, a person can do his/job easily, he/she won't be paid well. But if the demand for this kind of talent is higher than supply, they still get generous compensation. This was what happened in 1999/2000. So, we saw some people with virtually no experience jumped onto the bandwagon.

When demand decreases, so does the compensation. This industry absorbed too many people and needed to get rid of the fat. NT squeezed so many people out for the same reason. Now, the compensation looks healthy for entry-level engineers - less than an OC Transpo driver earns.

Nothing special, this industry has become a normal one, just like many others.

By the way, $30K is good for a web page designer, certainly not for a C++ designer with rich networking experience. Now, an engineer in India makes more than that.
