关于在future shop网上购物

我昨天在future shop的website online买了台打印机，填完所有表格之后它发了封confirmation order # 给我，想着今天他们会给我个电话再confirm一下，可到现在一点回音也没有。不知道这有没有人在future shop的网上买过东西？通常是要等多久才收到东西？

They won't call you for confirmation. You will receive another email after your item is shipped. It normally takes 24-48 hours if your credit card was processed successfully and the the item was in stock.

谢谢楼上的两位！刚收到futureshop的confirm电话了。我还有个问题想问，因为我买的东西有rebate，他们送货上门的时候会不会给receipt和rebate form。

You will need to print the rebate from their website yourself and then mail it along with the shipping slip etc...

一个月也太夸张了吧，不如直接去他店里买。我前天订的printer，明天就会送上门来
