有没有人参加了furnace maintain 计划的

我的房子不年轻了，所以furnace也用了快20年了，听说参加一个furnace maintain的计划比较好，但是不知道哪家的好，有的便宜一些，有的贵些，都一样吗？请过来人指教一下。

If your furnace is over 20 years .It is better to replace a new one,if you can get a good deal on the new one in summer,which is low season for heating business.
Reason to replace a new one is 1-The fire pot inside your furnace is last about 20 years.Some time it may last over 25 years the most.
2-If the fire pot is cracked and CO (carbon monoxide) can leak into the living area and will cause deadth to life.
3-The furnace insurance is about over $100.per year.And not insurance for the fire pot if it cracked during the insurance period.
4-If you go ahead to pay for 5 years insurance will cost you over 5 to 7 hundred dollars.
5-If you are going to have a new furance for less than 2 thousand for now instead of more in 5 more years on the road.For e.g. even the price will be 2 thousand in the 5th years after you had been paid for insurance which is another 7 hundred dollars.
6-The new furance will has better efficience than the older one.Therefore you will get more heat value than keep using the old one.
I hope you will consider to have a free estimate in the new furnace,if you can pay for it.

Friend of my Vision is have a project in fix an old house and he worked for Francis heating and air conditioning company in the pass.May be you can learn how to clean your furnace from him and he is willing to teach person like to learn.
