你是外国人可以开， 没问题， 如果要是在税务上方便和优惠的话， 应该找个canadian partner, that parnter has own up to 51% commen shell, then this company will be call "Canadian owns company" 这样就在很多方面比较方便

任何人都可以在加拿大开公司,只要他在这边的停留或居住是合法的,可是加拿大政府会收比本国人开的公司更高的税.

About opening a business in Canada ( at least in Ottawa ).

You need a find a partner whom s/he is a canadian citizen, share doesn't have to be over 50% but if so, your company is classified as *Canadian private owned coporation* and enjoy some tax breaks ( detail have to lookup in http://www.ccra.ca )

If you are a student already and wanted to buy buy/create a business. You neeed to go to immigration office and change your visa. Since your current student visa is prohitbited you working outside of your school. A valid working visa is required to receive paycheck from a canadian company.
