For buying the new house, do we need to buy the TITLE INSURANCE?
What does the title insurance cover?

Also, do we need to hire a home inspector for buying the new house?

据俺理解Title Insurance是保万一‘卖方没有全部产权’的险。二手房的险比新房的险要大些，不过新房如果在交房时，建筑商有拖欠供料商或者工人工资什么的情况发生，也有可能不完全拥有房子的全部产权…
这个问题，问律师那是不问白不问…
买新房请不请inspector的都有，比如渐渐家请了，丫丫家没请…所以…
关于请律师，前面的老帖子里有不少讨论，建议这位兄弟去翻来看看，丫丫没有记得有谁被公认为‘好’律师的确切结论。

不用买。check title是你的律师的职责。他应该告诉你对方的产权情况。
