You might be able to get a refund if you return the car to the dealer, considering that you made such a huge down payment and have been on time in each installment payment. Thus, what you have paid so far should be more than the cost and depriciation of the car.

if i just return the car back to the dealer, i can only get such a small amount of my downpayment back~~~~~~~even none~~~so i choose to get someone to take over my lease, that's better for me to decrease my lost to the least!!! but still appreciate your advice!
