2. Is a Single House in Barhaven only with 1400 sqft worth buying at mid 230K?

中央吸尘器毕竟是不太新的的新事物-----也就是这些年盖的房子有预埋的管线，这个东西才变得可行。
所以说，说它‘重要’，俺觉得不至於----毕竟现在多数房子都不用中央吸尘器。
但对於梦寐以求要中央吸尘器的人，当然就重要了。
