怎么最近国内也不景气

Recently I met with several people coming from China.

They used to have a nice life in IT industry. I usually heard from them that how bright perspective they may have in China. I got his Email several days ago saying sadly that he wants to go abroad.

I knew one guy with Engineering Master Degree form China, He is eager to come to Canada. I asked him if he know it is so hard to find a job in North America right now. He replied he had been working for 6 years in one big capital city inner land, what he accumulated is only RMB15000. He said there are so many people laid off in China, even in IT industry. The worse thing is that people without job or even with job can't afford medical/operation cost that there are people who have to wait to death for NO money.

He would rather to try a new chance for he has nothing to lose.

He said in Canada, no one will have this situation. For people without job, he/she can still get allowance and medical benifit from Government.

I sighed and had nothing to say.

其实国内人口基数大,如果一百个里挑一个好的,也是一千三百万人的一个巨大群体,做中产阶级足可以和北美一比. 谁还考虑剩下的99个.

中国如果有1%的人年薪超过80万，人民币，那都叫发达国家。不错，有些人是认为中国是发达国家。在硅谷，一般IT工程师也不过6-10万USD年薪，看来中国真的已经超英赶美了。

说80万算中产阶级是拿国外的中产阶级的生活状态放到中国去比，比如说一个美国的中产阶级开honda civic，住一个普通的house，同样的标准拿到北京大概80万每年差不多。在北京什么样的人买得起house?可是你能说在北京挣十几二十万的人活得就比这里住30万房子的人差？这些比较都是瞎掰，谁活的舒服自己知道。

不知他在什么公司？如果在北京，是外企职员，那么，福利是很好的。不仅给报医药费（包括孩子的医药费），而且只要打个电话，外企财务处的人都是上门到你办公室给你报销。外企还帮你办年终驾驶执照年检，六一儿童节送...

My wife and I used to work in one of the TOP US compani there, and lots of my friends too, so I believe we know some trouth there.

有钱的人咱不是没见过，但拜托别说这种人是中产阶级。否则我和我以前的同事朋友亲戚99%以上是赤贫（不到中产阶级的1/4还不是赤贫？）。

800K RMB one year!! It is crazy. It equals to a vice director who owns foreign citizenship and work in Beijing foreign IT company.

I even meet with a girl who has usa green card now as a first represent(a usa insurance company) whose annul salary is 80K usd ( not include allowance).

当然，来加之前是在外企。
我原来工作的公司是美国公司驻中国办事机构，并在其它城市设有办事处。部门经理薪水是2000-5000美元/每月，年底双薪，并有年终奖。

我们的头是个海龟，上海人。他的薪水多少不知道(薪水是公司机密)，只知道他在上海有两套"豪宅"，在北京租了3套房子(似乎是公司出钱).他家有两部车。上海一辆别克，北京一辆本田。公司给他报每月回上海的两次往返机票。

I believe what you are talking about is the EXILE GUYs to China. That is normal.
all my ex-bosses are exile guys from US, and mother company promote them by one level + paid them US salary + rent big house (NOT APT) + private driver + CAR + dozens of thouands RMD subsidy/month + free Comm. Class flight ticket to US every month if them want + lots ...

But this is normal only for EXILE guys, not local employees nor managers even the high level managers.
