放心吧投下去的钱一分不少都能赚回来。我一表哥本来只是一小城市的普通工程人员，就因为国家扶贫厄瓜多尔，于是代表国家去厄瓜多尔挣了3年美金，自己赚了不少，国家得了多少利益自然不用多说。我不说像我表哥一样的人员对厄瓜多尔有多大的贡献（他们帮当地人建联合农场，组织矿山机械，当地人生活大幅度改善，生产出农产品，采出矿来还能“出口”中国），他们至少对中国是有很大贡献的，国家名利双收，何乐不为？

是啊。我同事去年一直在忙多米尼加的项目，那时还没建交。
办个签证还得绕道香港再去台湾还是什么地方办。
原来这是松动的迹象，呵呵。所以一点都不奇怪。

Well, it's different. I think most people are smart enough to handle money, just in different ways.

I guess it all comes down to how government treats money - people's money. I am NOT commenting on this individual $120M case - this one might be a good or bad decision - like all others, I don't know.

But overall, we should keep in mind that this is all Chinese people's money, government is a group of representatives who manage the money for everyone - like an accountant or you financial advisor.

You know there is a contract between you and your accountant or financial advisor. You should have a say on how to use your money.
If the advisor screws up your investment, he's fired. Even if he does not, you also have the right to terminate his service. This way, the advisor, or all advisors won't treat your money like s-h-i-t.

另外,如果大陆政府也得到好处,何必又不敢报道?既然是得到好处,大陆政府就没必要畏畏缩缩,尽在背后做一些见不得人的事.

前段时间,中国大陆官方媒体报道,他们给巴基斯坦无息贷款,我就很生气了.把钱都给别人,损失的是百姓,他们关于连个屁都没损失.

加勒比海寡民小国多米尼克于2004年3月29日同台湾断交，与中共政
权建交。多米尼克仅7万人口，中共却经援多米尼克1亿1,200万美
元，相当于人民币9亿2,000万。多米尼克平均每人获得人民币约1万3
千元。每人都成为万元户。

多米尼克没有特大天灾人祸，生活水准远高于中国，中国没有侵略过
多米尼克，没有通过商贸从多米尼克获取利润，也没有获得过多米尼
克的任何援助，对多米尼克没有任何特殊义务。中共坚持愚民政策，
不会把金钱外交的内幕告诉中国人民。按人均收入算，中国还是一个
穷国，而且贫富差距非常大。中共特权利益集团通过化公为私，贪污
受贿，强迫圈地，盗卖文物，偷税漏税等非法手段先富了起来。广大
工人和农民却在贫困线上挣扎度日。一旦生病，无钱就医，只有等
死。在中共的老根据地，农民普遍缺吃少穿，乞讨流落。

打肿脸充胖子，饿死中国人，援助外国人，量中华之物力，结穷国之
欢心。这是毛泽东的基本外交路线。当中国人民成百万上千万饿死之
际，毛泽东和中共曾将中国的大量人力物力，金钱物质拿去支援朝
鲜，越南，阿尔巴尼亚，坦桑尼亚，赞比亚，巴基斯坦等国。毛泽东
妄图充当所谓第三世界的领袖，不遗余力挥霍中国人民的血汗。当一
个国家或地区遭受地震，台风，旱灾，水灾，战争等特大天灾人祸
时，人们应当伸出人道援助之手。除此以外，一个政权首先要考虑本
国的建设和人民的生活。无视人民利益，为一人一党之私利，耗费大
量民脂民膏收买讨好外国政客，就是祸国殃民。

中共政权继承了毛泽东的衣钵。为了打压台湾，大搞金钱外交，不顾
人民死活。中国很多地方没有公路，学校，医院和体育馆，大量儿童
失学流浪，中共为什么不为自己的人民建设，却去满足多米尼克流氓
政客的无耻要求呢？

用金钱换取外交关系，打压台湾生存空间，这对两岸关系没有帮助。
如果中共真正想要完成中国的统一大业，首先要维护而不是撕裂两岸
人民的感情。中共一党专制是两岸统一的最大障碍。中共应拿出政治
改革的诚意来，在经济发展的同时，推进中国的民主化。
