The price is reasonable considering it is an end unit(worth 4000-5000) and tiles in kitchen and all bath rooms (worth 3000)...and one more thing, it is in centrepointe, compared with the ones in Kanata or Barhaven, it worht an extra 10,000 to 15,000.

Well, it is a condo with monthly condo fee @ $180 :blink:

My understanding of 2-piece ensuite is that bath(tub) and shower are seperated...

From A Dai's post, 1300 sq feet doesnot include basement. It's a small town, but the family room can be added in the basement...

A Dai, have you heard that? 3J said the price is too good ?

Actually I made my price estimation based on an Urbandale's townhome model called Seaside (end unit with upgrade of ceremic) in Village Green or Bridlewood....It's roughly the same size as A Dai described if we don't count the basemnet family room in Seaside...

Check the price of seaside, then you will know my estimation is sort of accurate...

My house is built by Urbandale and I wouldnot recommand any of my friends to buy an Urbandale new house

I listed 51 defects in my 30 day report...

I made a compromise between location and, resale and new house etc..when I say the price is reasonable...
