Living with the local people in a single house.
1. 350/M. All included: utilities, high-speed Internet, TV cable, local phone.
2. Basic furniture in the room: two tables,one chair and one single bed.
3. Very convenient to everywhere. It's near Bayview station(95,97,86,Otrain,...). 6 Miniutes to CU by Otrain, 10-15 minutes to OU by 95,97 or 86.
4. It's very close to 168 Market (10 miniutes by walk or 2 miniutes by bus 2) and Giant Tiger. There are many convenient stores nearby. KFC, Mc Donarld, LCBO and Beer Store.
5.It's very quite. You will share with only one local male in the second floor and one another local people in the first floor. Roommate is a IT professional and very nice. Most important of all, he does not mind cooking. I cook everyday!
