但是好像胸上瘦的比较多

食谱如下
连续吃三天,其余四天可吃其他的,但最好六点后不吃甜品
除了吃下面这个,每天都要大量喝水,一空就喝水,一饿就喝水,别的东西绝对不能吃
Day 1
breakfast: 1/2grapefruit, 2 spoons peanut butter, 1 piece toast, lunch: 1/2 can tuna, 1 piece toast, dinner: 1/2 cauliflower, 1 piece ham, 10 bean sprouts, 10 grapes, 1 apple, 1 cup of ice-cream.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1 piece toast, lunch: 1 yogurt, 1 piece of crackers, dinner: 2 hot dog wieners, 1/2 broccoli, 10 grapes, 1/2 banana
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 piece cheese 2 pieces of crackers, lunch: 1 egg, 1 piece toast, dinner: 1/2 can tuna, 10 grapes, 1/2 cauliflower, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of ice-cream

Day 2
Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1 piece toast, lunch: 1 yogurt, 1 piece of crackers, dinner: 4 pieces of beef, 1/2 broccoli, one tomato, 1/2 banana
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 piece cheese 2 pieces of crackers, lunch: 1 egg, 1 piece toast, dinner: one egg(not fried), one tomato, a plate of cooked vegetables such as 青菜or 芹菜(条件不足,基本不吃), 1/2 banana, 1 cup of ice-cream
