[问题] US Visa

One friend of mine will come to canada for business trip. He holds China passport and US B1 visa which is expired already. Question here is that can he get visa in US embassy in Canada or he have to go back china to get visa ?

It's possible. My parents are in Canada as visitors. They hold Chinese passports. They got US B2 (type pleasure) visa a while ago. But I heard that it is tougher to get visa here than applying in China.
