不知那一个rate 适用？

You are buying RMB, so the lower exchange rate (CAN$ -> RMB)is used. For instance, for cash, the 0.18330 is used. For instance, $100 CAN will get you about 545.55RMB.

Just curious, why don't you get the RMB after you land in China? You will get a better rate than this.

Do not buy RMB from accurate. They are ripping you off with this rate. Bring cash back to China and exchange them in the Chinese bank, you will get way better deal.
