there is a room available. It is in a five-year-old house near bank&walkley, in a basement, there is a four-bed room apartment. The room is furnitured with new table, chairs, shelf, bed, high speed internet, and all utilities included with $320/month. Laundry facilities are also available, two people share one fridge. I signed a lease from 1May2004 to 31Aug2004 with the landlord, however, since my family has to come to Canada in May, so I will stay with my family in a bigger apartment. That is why I could not take this lease. If you are interested in this room, you may talk to me and landlord directly to take this short-term lease. Since I signed the lease with $320 per month, if you take this lease, I may give you some money to reduce the monthly rental, it is negotiable. Call me at 878-1878 or 941-6787.
