Hi, I have a room available. It is at Bank and Walkley. It is a shared accommodation. The rental is $320 or lower down to $300 or below. It includes utilites, air conditioning, high speed internet, furnitured with table, cabinets, single size bed, chair in the room and phone line ready. The location is at Bank and Walkey, there is #1 and #7 bus stops in walking distance, laundry facilities in the apartment and you can move in now or on 17may2004.
