Summer fees are assessed for the term at the time of course selection. The amount owing is shown in "Minimum Tuition Due". The full amount is due before May 15, to avoid late registration charges. This includes courses selected in May but to be taken in Late Summer (July-August).
If you are unable to pay the full amount shown, a lesser amount can be paid, however registration will not be considered complete unless at least half the "Minimum Tuition Due" is received. Any amount left to pay will be subject to an Extended Payment Charge (EPC).
The EPC is charged at a rate of 5% per annum on the account balance as at the last working day of each month.
The final tuition payment date for the summer term is July 2.
Note:
After the course change period in May (May 21), if you are selecting courses for Late Summer (July-August) and did not register in Early Summer or Full Summer courses, fee payment is due by July 2 to avoid late registration charges.
Scholarships, bursaries and loans administered by the University shall be applied to fees, provided this is not contrary to the terms of the award.
Any payment returned to the University as non-negotiable must be replaced before the last day of late registration (see Dates and Deadlines) or the late registration charge will apply. A service charge of $26.00 will be assessed for each payment returned to the University as nonnegotiable for any reason.
