Three weeks ago my neighbor sold his house in 6 days without agent. His ask price was 399,000. But he had three bids. The final sale price was then up to 410,000. The house was built by Claridge Home Inc. three years ago (Rockcliff Mews).

I live there as well. Which model and what address?
