外交部:越南在南沙群岛修建机场“非法和无效”

　　中新网5月18日电 据报道，越南已在南沙群岛南威岛上修建机场，工程将于今年年底完工。中国外交部发言人刘建超今天就此重申，中国在南沙问题上的立场是明确的。中国有充分的历史和法理依据证明，中国对南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权。

　　刘建超指出，越南在其侵占的南沙岛礁上所从事的这一活动，不仅是对中国领土主权的侵犯，是非法和无效的，而且违背了《南海各方行为宣言》(DOC)的宗旨和原则，会导致南海问题进一步复杂化。

I felt extremely disappointed that the chinese government merely reclaimed the statement just like before. Why not take some effective actions to prevent this kind of events from happening again and again? If the construction on the island is not removed, nobody in the world will believe that China has the possession of Nansha except itself. What a shame of the chinese government! Let's have a second thought, if the chinese government can not deal with a little vietnam, how we can expect it to handle Japan (Diaoyu Island) and USA (Taiwan issue)? If so, Taiwan will be independent from China sooner or later.

It is time for the chinese government to show off its power now!
