you can find the such vaccums in many large gas stations. it's $1/5 minutes.

Try www.yellowpages.ca/ seach for "auto details". Most "car wash" company do that. Interior shampoo cost about $100, exterrior polishing about the same or a little more. But if it's a quite new car, don't do exterrior polishing.
