怎样才能扎10万,20万啊?????欠钱的都是大爷啊!

还有, 如果你的同事把剩余的钱补上, Landlore 没有不同意你提前终止合约的. 如果你不付钱, 又不 sublet 出去, 他当然可以拒绝你提前终止合约. 要不然, 这 lease 是随便签的吗?

我有个同事4年前和Landlore有纠葛。Landlore不同意他提前终止合约。他就走了。去年要买房时才发现自己的Credit上挂了好几千刀了。他说解决办法有三种：
1. 认了这连滚带爬的利息
2. 请律师打官司
3. 再等2年，两年后记录自动消失
他选择了第三种，但银行给他贷款时并没特别在意这个记录。

That is true. A person can claim bankcruptcy. However, he will unlikely to get money from any finance instution afterwards, or he has to pay very high interest rate to re-build credit.

When people sign a car load or mortgage, there is a question asking if they have brankcrupcy ever. You can not lie so the record will follow you in the rest of your life.

Bankruptcy is the last resort to solve the financial problem. And you can't file a 2nd bankrupcy for several years after the 1st. The record would be on your credit history forever.
