我老婆马上要生孩子,如果想办理父母探亲,而我目前又无工作,能否成功

Show a bank statement with huge amount of money, it will prove that you are able to support their visit.

It is very hard to get the visa even you have huge money in the bank. One of my friend tried recently, and failed. However, you can try. And there are several points you need remember:
1) one of you parents can come, another stays in China,
2) your parents should still work in China.
3) your parents have own house and enough money support their visit.
4) Don't need mention your coming baby anyway.
All above make the officer believe he/she will come back China now.
