我一朋友刚考下agent的执照。。。据他说,不签buyer agreement,那么agent是从卖方拿钱,对你没有任何liability...即使他知道这房子的缺陷,他也可以不告你。。。

Hiding faults是买卖房产中的大忌。他这么来一次就别想在渥村混了。

当然在有利益冲突但还不违反法律的时候,他还是会偏向付他钱的一方,这也无可厚非。

I doubt anyone would get any discount from a company like Minto, remember the phrase "it's a Minto law"... My only regret is that I bought a Minto home. :blink:
