What the agent normally does,for example, s/he knows the house has leaking problem, and you happen to ask this question...s/he would not tell you No problem(that's lying) but s/he can diplomatically tells you, not to my knowledge...

I doubt anyone would get any discount from a company like Minto, remember the phrase "it's a Minto law"... My only regret is that I bought a Minto home. :blink:

They bought a new house from Minto at the end of last year in Avalon(?)...
but since they signed the welcome card the first time they visited the model homes, their agent told them she could do nothig;otherwise, if the agent brought them to the model homes, they could share 3% discount with the agent...and blah blah...
