Good rooms for CU students

I may two rooms available in the basement of my new house (one-year old). Our basement is equipped excellently, very new, clean, bright, dry (with de-moisture machine). We provide free daily transportation to Carleton University and shopping at weekend, because I am working at Carleton University as a professor. The big room is about 15 square meter with a window, $360/month and the small one is about 10 square meter without wondow, $260/month. The prices are for everything.
