请问单方面中止lease要罚多少钱?

由于种种原因，不想在现在的房子住了，除了sublet就是中止lease.不知道如果单方面中止lease要罚多少钱或landlord还有什么其它的规定呢??多谢。

(2). How to talk? there are many methods and techniques. In a word, you must find out GOOD reasons before negotiating with the landlord. Secondarily, application of language is a key point.
(3). There were some true cases of terminating a lease, as I know, in which about 50 to 100 dollars was paid for termination, depending on how "tough" you are.
