I do not know how you could have such idea. The
CEO was thrown out because they found there
was wrong-doing of the CEO by accounting. This
guy worked as CFO when Roth was in NT. At the
time of Roth, he did the same thing. Only was
Roth responsible for it and was fired. He became
CEO. You can say he is faking expert. I talked
with some NT engineers. They told me the whole
board of NT has problem since they know Dunn
very well and still voted him to be CEO. The
board should be changed.
NT has great product. However, its management
