忍无可忍-还是按件计好-又开始聊了！

home Depot 来装Window, They came early this morning. Now (11:40) they already torn down almost 3/4 of all the window(8) and installed the new ones.

They are quick and fast and neat. their paid is fixed.

But now look at another guy, my brother's friend's friend(he is white), he is paid by hours to renovate the shower downstair. It took almost a week to install a shower closet. he almost took a day to install a wall!. He just like to chat with me(or anybody) about allmost everything while working. (Initially he was really interesting, he seems like Chinese and talk about chinese and China, he seems like a sinophile) Now I stopped talking to him. Good thing, he seems did deduct the talking time and the lunch(I make tea and lunch for him, the window guys don't seem to need any!)time when he charge my bro. He didn't seems charge outrageously, but still expensive and it's really a headache to see things progress so slowly with him like moving like a snail!

Now, he is going to renovate the bathroom upstair, which is a much bigger project. Can't imaging how long he is going to take. I am really headache now. He is starting chatting with the window guys now mostly in French, again!(That's going to slow down the window installation). I wonder how long I can torelate him before I explode??

Never going to hire people by the hours. (which reminds me of the posts earlier in this forumn)

u can hire some one by the hrs ( they are cheaper than depart stores), but before u do that, ask him give u a Max quote, i always do that, most of times they will end up lost money..hahaha

He is a "so called" friend of my brother! he is really good at talking with people. 嘴巴甜. He is ready to make friend anytime, especially with Chinese, I guess. It is a really bad idea to mixed making friend with doing business.

他刚转个圈又走了，but not before he finished the lunch I make. 一听说我要做饭，他马上就停工，聊聊，转转，一直等到我做好饭，sat, 一副等我把饭端上筷子送上的样子，我不得不做。讨厌死了。一副以友买友的样子。一吃完饭，就走人。把工夫一直这么吊下去，really a motrin pain. I can't eat lunch with him, I can't look him in the face anymore. So, I just make an "I have already eaten" excuse to leave him alone to eat.

The worst part is, I seems can't get brother to hire someone else!!! That's it, I am not going to stay in the house tomorrow. I am going to leave him in the house, risking the stuffs in the house. No way I am going to make him lunch anymore. It's killing me now.

He seems already in the kitchen hanging around before I can do anything, well ready and prepared. May be 我拉不下面赶人家回去。

我好像也说过， 不过他好像说 ”I am done for the day".- of course not before I finish lunch.

Stupid brother,拉不下面. Probably thinking he is a good friend.(They don't know each other too long and and too much, but that guy is really good at talking and making you feel he is a old and good friend)

that doesn't matter, even ur good friends, if u do pay money in this case, u have to clear out before he really does the job, it will help u both to void the problem.
i have a suggestion, why don't u talk to him all day and the end make him do this job for free? hahaha

Ask him: " Am I pretty??"
if he answer yes, u tell him clearly, please finish ur job first, then you think about oretty woman after.

that doesn't matter, even ur good friends, if u do pay money in this case, u have to clear out before he really does the job, it will help u both to void the problem.

I am no good friend with him. only my brother now, and my brother pays not me.

Are you kidding? I am a serious woman. I don't like to joke things like that with any guys. He is a 45-50 something rather old guy. It has nothing to do with woman!!! so I believed! damn it!

I think he probably has nothing else to do, and like to take care of himeself, don't want to work himself too hard.
