confirmation of this Sat & Sun

Sorry I don't have Chinese character input sw, i just write this confirmation in English.
Date: Aug. 10 (this Sat)
Time: 3:00 pm
Venue: BayShore Famous Player entrance. we get together there. it has a big free parking lot. we will wait for everybody at the entrance of the cinema. Hope people won't be late.
food: prepare the food for your family, 1 dinner on Sat night, 1 breakfast on Sun, 1 lunch on Sun. we can BBQ there.
things to bring:
please get prepared refer to the list of tian_tian posts. bring enough cloth, e.g. jackets. the night there may cold and humid. the sleeping bed is highly recommended. if you have poker (Pu Ke Pai), or chess etc...please bring them too.
BBQ stove:
right now we have 21 people, 3 BBQ portable stove. (from tian_tian, super_tan, and me). if somebody has the BBQ stove, please bring as well, that will be shorten our dinner and lunch time.
boat:
3 roller boat, 1 motor boat reserved.
expense:
camp site: $15 + $2.25 tax = $17.25/per tent
roller boat: $15 + $2.25 tax = $17.25/per boat
motor boat: $45 + $2.25 tax = $51.75/per boat
payment:
pay by cash or pay by visa card (charge 4% extra if using visa)
fishing stuff:
bring worm and lure (jia yu, artificial fish). both of the two can catch fish.
