Must be in West Area, such as Kanata, Bell's Corner, Greenbank/Baseline, Centre Point etc....

I like something close to 97 (Richmond) or 118 (baseline)

My current place is sold, because owner is moving to USA. I must be moving out by the end of July (or every early August)

2600 is bad. hydro and water are not included, so you can spend 100 extra at least per month. many apts's prices are all inclusive. you need to pay attention to the terms... parking is also extra for $35 to $50.
