上法庭前, 承认GUILTY(违章停车), 是否对以后有坏的影响

去年我在GATINEAU 公园接到违章停车罚单, 我认为我没有违章停车, 所以告上法庭, 在下周一开庭. 但是我今天接到一个电话, 说如果我承认GUILTY, 只罚$25. 否则, 如果赢了, 全部免费, 但如果输了, 将要付更多的费用.

麻烦各位帮忙, 如果我承认GUILTY是否对以后有坏的影响? 在此先谢过各位.

No.

Basically, you can only win 50% in your life. Your first case is always won by you.

Then the next you lose etc.....

I had 10-20 never paid tickets and I paid 5 and went to court for 5 times.

Many times, if the police does not show up, then you win, but you got a lot of tickets and always say you were right, then you will look into you.

I just don't care paying them, since my plate is none local.

Simply put, I don't think government hiring somebody to collect coins and writing ticket is wise. They salary they pay is less than parking fees they collect. I protest iefficient government by breaking their stupid rules.
