YES, at least I am more sure than you.

NO, Japanese got relocated because of the war(specailly Pearl Harbor) the Japanese started-Not because of they are Japanese.
EVIDENCE: They did the same thing to German descends when Nazi started the war.

And by the way, there was a Japanese Canadian wowan wrote a whole story about the experience, and I have to study the whole book for my university English class. So What do we Chinese do about our experience and history? Maybe, becasue ours is particularly stinkier-expecailly the reason behind it. Japanese -because of their agression. We- because of our weakness

I already told you, natives became decimated mostly because of diseases-well,stil because of the European.They are allowed to leave the reserves. I am particulary sympathetic about the natives situation, however, the native case is difference than the Chinese.
