精华 渥太华和温哥华的比较[闲聊]

renting house: vancouver is cheaper, ottawa has more appartment for renting, but in vancouver, you can rent basement or first floor from private house and you dont have to have a lease.
living: vancouver is more beautiful, and traffic is not a problem, Chinese servise is everywhere
eating: vancovuer has lots of nice restrauant, not only chinese, but also Japanese and Korean restraurant, and cheaper and better than here. If you go to supermarket, you can find, vegetalbes and fruits are much much cheaper than here.
buying house: vancouver is more expensive, the price that you buy a townhouse is the same price you buy a house in Ottawa.
environment: vancouver is more beautiful, you can find small park wherever.
people: people in vancouver is more nice than here. it wont happen get in bus without tickets. when you drive a car, you can find driver is much nice. you can not drive to fast in city even highway. much safer than Ottawa. In Ottawa, people always were stolen. but in vancovuer, I live there almost 3 years, i never was stolen.
language: in vancovuer is English, Mandarin, Cantonese. in Ottawa, French and English.
PS:Vancovuer has lots of Kara OK, and other leisure place. and most of them were opened by Chinese ppl. In summer, there is a Chinese market in Richmond at every weekends night. Vancovuer has lots of chinese, you can find lives are much easier. In vancovuer, there is "safeway", "superstore" instead of " Loeb" and "Loblows". same company but different name.

哦，我感觉vancouver的人没ottawa的人nice。
西人还好了。但那些印度的越南的人实在就那么回事。
而且vancouver治安比ottawa差太多了。除了西van和北van治安不错。别的区域都不怎么样。
大家可以去main街上看看。吸毒的随处可见。而且政府还专门为吸毒的人提供安全注射屋。
这里开车的人也没ottawa的人讲礼貌。抢道的和不让车的事情随处可见。我在ottawa开了一年半的车，来van开车明显感觉不适应。看报纸和新闻上说，大温地区去年一年平均每7分钟发生一起交通事件。

我在温哥华开了两年的车，来渥太华明显感觉就不适应~
这边的人开始太快，太野，根本不懂得谦让~
如果你在温哥华开90（不是高速），肯定会被罚的~

再cambie&41th W的交口是条蛮大的corner把~
有一次停电，没有红绿灯，就在那个地方，没有警察，人们很有秩序的左转，直行~大概隔20秒左右，会自觉停下来让两旁的汽车走~非常有秩序~
可以在渥太华就不同了，一般在有口的地方，很少有人会让你，就算你让别人，也没有任何你招手表示谢谢~
前几天在那个什么什么 lake看焰火，从停车场两个口出马路，两边的车都在挤，还需要一个警察维持秩序~
