国内那帮人，说白了就是嫉妒。
他们总是拿国内混的好的跟海归里混的差的比。哪有这种比法。
就像国内有些人比较学校好坏。比如清华和一些差学校，如果差学校的某个高才生找到好工作，碰到一个清华混的比他差的，就说，清华不过如此，也就这样。他怎么不跟胡锦涛比。

grads from carleton may be better than an average university in China.
But much worse than the TOP ones. You have to admit the difference.

I know a lot of universities whose names begin with Beijing University of ..., for example, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Aerospace, Beijing University of Science and Technology and so on. But I don't know any university named Beijing University only. Do you mean Peking University?

I would not take it for granted that studying, working, and/or living overseas for several years warants better skills than some Chinese who have never done so.

Many Chinese are truly exceptional but have opted to stay in China.
