year, you can choose to register with the help of staff in your faculty if the courses are not full.

基本上是不行，不过你可以开学时去问问，头2周也许会有人DROP掉或转SECTION，那你还可以选上

Is is possible to register in the faculty?

It's impossible to regiter even you go to the faculty. 2 ways that I used before.
1. Keep refreshing RN in certain time. Maybe if somebody just drops the course, you are able to register in.
2. Didn't do anything until the beginning of the semester. A few of students will drop courses and change sections; you can try to register at the time.

(This way is rarely used actually) Talk to the faculty advisor or the professor and require to increase the room of the section to register in.

if you really have some reason that you must register this class, you can go to the admission office and they will tell you to write an email to some advisor to explain those reasons. if the advisor agrees, you can go to the admission office again and register
