台媒体:两岸若开战台“元首”将撤至美国军舰上

中新网7月21日电 据台媒体报道，台湾军方为了保护台湾地区领导人，曾经规划一个所谓的“元首后撤计划”，特殊情势下，将由军用飞机将所谓“元首”平安运送到花东外海的美国军舰上。

　　据台湾东森新闻掌握到的消息，美国小鹰号航空母舰由日本横须贺启程，即将通过台湾前往参加美国在全球同步展开的演习。这个巧合，似乎就是为了配合“汉光20号”演习
。

　　报道说，外传一旦两岸开战，为了保护台湾的“三军统帅”，计划中所谓“元首”必须要离开台北的指挥中心，由军机将其载送到花莲外海的美国军舰上，继续指挥作战。

　　另外，台军方发言人黄穗生昨天针对台海附近近来多项军演是否可能“擦枪走火”一事声称，当局的职责就是“预防战争”，不论如何操演，都会注意相关问题并“妥为因应”。

If the fight is inevitable, People Liberation Army wont give Taiwan's leader any chance to aboard on the American aircraft carrier. If only the leader is on the carrier, how can he make the order? Actually, the leader is only a symbol of army, all the plans and strategies are adviced by some expertise generals. Further, the leader's escape will destroy the morale of the army. Solidiers will surrender to PLA quickly. So this plan is very good to China mainland. At that moment, PLA will win the battle easier.
