想问下在国内用TD的信用卡，手续费是怎么收的？

but they will charge you the currency exchange fee like 2.5%. i.e. your credit card is based on canadian dollars, but you purchase goods in chinese currency or US dollar, that fee will apply

Not that expensive. $2 for transaction and $3 for cash withdraw.

想问一下 那么 exchange fee like 2.5%. 是CHARGED BEASED ON CAN OR RMB? 如果我买1000块RMB的东西就是收25块人民币的FEE啊? 然后就没其他费用了吧?
