感觉在警察没有找到确凿证据之前，这个案子guilty的可能性很小

即使辩方律师，也不会把警察局说成一个栽赃部门。

本案值得商榷的地方是: 按照警方的理论，小陈以20岁高龄，并不伟岸之身躯，没有前科的经历，单枪匹马于万籁俱寂之中，从众人身边，将9岁小孩悄然无声地运走，简直不可思议，至少超出俺绝对丰富的想象力。警方在案发时，从现场来看，曾坚持认为是团伙犯罪，而现在的小陈，整个一个飞檐走壁，以一敌二(甚至更多)的燕子李三。

案发时，有一种说法: 小孩子的父(母)是继父(母)，如果属实，这倒使单人作案成为可能，因为罪犯可以谎称带小孩找亲生父(母)，从而得到小孩子的配合。但现在这种传闻据说是错误的。那么如果小陈是罪犯，他究竟是怎么做的案，需要警方给一个合理的解释。

所以老外喜欢看spiderman。他们的想象力要超过你罗！呵呵~~

同意USD的说法，据说那个小女孩是在没挣扎的情况下被人带走的，他和那个小留学生就见过两次面，怎么可能那小留学生带走的时候他不哭呢。还有那小女孩被绑架的时候没有住在自己的房间里，那个陈敏怎么知道那小女孩不在自己的房间里，疑点那么多，我看是加拿大政府想找个替死鬼把事情结了，正好找我们这种在加拿大最弱的势力来顶罪，SIGH~~

绝对同意，与其在这边说张陈的不是，还不如联合起来说加拿大警察局的不是好些！～我觉得他们的做法有着严重的歧视！

加拿大警察从宣布拘捕陈民以来，到现在为止也没有向媒体出示陈民的直接犯罪证据，例如DNA 指纹 凶器 以及直接的目击证人或者其他相关的证据可以指正陈民的罪行，反而在每天面前大肆宣扬如何拘捕嫌疑人以及嫌疑人的财务状况，这些和罪案有直接的关联吗？ 是不是任何在个人财务上有问题的人都回去掳人勒索呢 ？ 如果是的话那可能成为凶案嫌疑人的就太多了，这么加拿大这么多失业人口就是很大的嫌疑团体。

I feel that many folks here don't understand the procedure here. The police cann't tell the public the evidence as they will be used in the court. If they tell the public right now what they have to accuse this guy, the jury (who are people like you are me) could have bias when determine if this guys is guilty or innocent. It's not like China that if the police think someone is guilty, he is most probably found guilty in court by the judge. In some sense, this is good for this guy who is charged, as he could get a fair trial.

I found there are too many rumors here around this case. Why cann't we wait patiently for his trial and let the court (the jury) decide
if he is guilty or not. Maybe it's just one of the problems of us as Chinese, we like to spread the rumors and make a judgement on the rumors but not allow the justice system to determine the final result. Maybe it's all because we grow up in China where there is such concept or system.

尤其是没有指出陈敏涉案的动机，似乎证据不足或者另有隐情。

Motive is something Police may not solve yet. But I am quite sure that police has enough evidence such as fingerprint which show that he did this. You cann't say that fingerprint matching is not enough evidence. Police charging him already show they have enough evidence as they would be sued otherwise. But everything will be determined by the jury not the police and this guy could still be quitted in the court. Like OJ simpson case which had obvious evidence of killing his wife but he was still quitted.

But were you at the scence at this night? How did you know what's really happening there at that night? Don't think about you are the smartest detertive. Police won't disclose everything here as they want to present it to the jury. Why cann't we all shut up on this case and let the trial decide. You are accusing police, but where is your evidence here. Just based on some of your own thinking and something you heard. Don't take everything you learn from China and apply it here. It's also very disgusting to relate this to discrimination again. You are too sensitive on this.

yah, he will not plea guilty in this case, cause even he pleas guilty, its still at least 25 years , no charges will be dropped. unless he plea bargainning with attorney,so they can drop some minor charges, but i dont think this is the case.

and he is going to be guilty.

the police will never show the public what evidences they have gathered. only to his lawyer. a good lawyer in this case probably can get rid of some minor charges,but not first degree murder...

还是让这个案子留给法庭去判决吧， 不要用各种想像力去判断一个您自己完全不了解的事物，我想华人在加拿大不是弱小群体， 这件事已经是非常大的事件， 我想警察不会如此大意的冒天下之大不为去制造一个冤案， 我并是说没有这可能， 只是在这件事上，警察不会如此轻率从事。 他们也清楚的明白， 如果是冤案， 或证据不足就判的话， 将会造成非常不良的社会影响， 他们自己也将面对严厉的责任处罚， 所以很多情况下， 警察查不出案子， 宁可搁着， 被人说办事不利， 也不会去如此明目张胆的制造假案。。。所以大家没有必要面红耳赤的争论， 大家还是拭目以待。。。

看那警长死不认错的样子，似乎手里有过硬的证据。他可是有点拿这个案子赌自己的前途了。

根据网上(文学城)看来的消息，此案在侦查过程中多伦多警方得到了皇家骑警，美国
FBI，中国警方的协助。特别是中国警方在此案侦查中起了非常重要的作用。所以，
如果上述消息属实，多伦多警方公布此案凶嫌情况就决不是空穴来风了或草率行事
了。请大家耐心等待吧。
