The room includes some basic furniture, such as the desk,the bookshelf, the bed etc. and the rent includes the fees of water and electricity. Since I am not the landlord, please call the telephone number and talk with landlord. Thanks.

I am so sorry. The telephone number is my landlord's phone number.Sometimes, they are busy with their jobs, but they do have msg machine, and you can leave your msg. Since the landlord is a native Canadian, you would speak nice English as well...Let me know if you need help. Good Luck!

I suggest you to make decision as earlier as possible. The landlord told me they had got thousands calls these days; the room could be rent out anytime.
