A NEW townhouse will be finished in the beginning of August, 2004. The location is shown below. Two bed-rooms will be available for renting after August 10. The owners of the house are researchers. Therefore, a comfortable, convenient, clean and quiet environment will be set up and maintained.
A bus stop is about 30 METERS away from the house, where you can take bus to University of Ottawa (about 15-20 min) directly or bus to Carleton University (about 10-15 min).
The rent for one room (a single person only) is $400 per month and includes utilities, laundry, hi-speed Internet, local phone, air-conditioning (year 2005), free drive way parking if needed and much more. The rooms can be furnished for free if required by the tenants. A kitchen, a living/dining room, a TV set with cable TV, a set of sofas and other facilities are shared as well. In addition, we can help you to move in if it is necessary.
The priority will be given to Ph.D students, Master students and mature persons. Female students are welcome.
