不用担心的啦，这种情况不会再发生在同胞身上的啦。
他们以后见到中国人就会认为跟你一样，不打扫卫生的，不讲公德的。当场就会一口回绝的。不会象你一样来回跑的啦。

according to city by law, you can live in the current appartment/house/room until you find your new place to live.

you might have signed a contract for a year.. but you can live month to month after the contract ends. The landlord cannot ask you to leave unless you dont pay the rent.

If the landlord screw you up, then you can stay month to month, not necessary to sign a contract and dont sign it~

there are few conditions about terminate your contract and relationship...not just >>>"The landlord cannot ask you to leave unless you dont pay the rent.'

in his case, he should let them wrote down or some other proof about proccessing time of his application, then he maybe has some room to play the game.

老外都是这样的,开始去你家看的时候都说问题不大,估计怕是伤你自尊心,但最后还是会扣钱.不过中国人家的屋子真是不是很干净,特别是厨房和卫生间.

我也许不对，仅供参考。我觉得不要什么事情一出，无论你自己是否有错，无论别人的批评是否有道理，一概给予“歧视中国人”的大帽子。不能不承认有此现象，但并不是一个非常普遍的现象。自己做到良好公民的行为准则，没有人会看不起你.

如果你发现你经常被所谓的“歧视”，还是先看看你自己有什么问题吧。估计你是够赃的。我也不希望我住的公寓楼很脏。
