The rent for one room (a single person only) is $400 per month and includes utilities, laundry, hi-speed Internet, local phone, air-conditioning (year 2005), free drive way parking if needed and much more. The room can be furnished for free if required by the tenant. A kitchen, a living/dining room, a TV set with cable TV, a set of sofas and other facilities are shared as well.
