if you fit the HRs' profiles, you are very likely to have interviews.

I do not have such luck because i do not make up my resume too much. i am here what I am.

I got my job because I was named by the CEO over 150 qualified applicants.That is always a legendary event in my life. I think that was due to our efforts over years, the stuff i got from the grad school, my life experiences and my luck.

i do not earn super fat salary but i am working at a super comfortable position, which your voice get heard and they respect you. that is all your need

besides, every time i recall the experience and i am always internally very very happy.....Finally, when you receive your annual evaluation, it is an "outstanding plus", you know you are the best......And that explains why I came to Canada, period.

theoretically, maybe. But in reality, gender is always an important factor when you choose team mates. Sometimes you got the job not because you outperform others but because some hidden reasons.

今年的Interview很多.说实话.从8月份开始.也有了2个OFFER.对天发誓.
虽然,我还是选择了读书.虽然不能说大话,安慰自己.但是.好象
IT工作在频频招手了.

各位同胞兄弟.不是我对某些同胞有意见.
我只是想说,加拿大人没那么多,不用那样的处心积虑地排挤和打压counterpart,
虽然大家生活都不容易.仔细想想,加拿大还是有机会的.虽然不多.互相帮助吧.

It depends on which level you are assessed. There is certain percentage of so-called "outstanding plus"on each level.

This is one example of wasting money. Professional writing course isn't a waste at least.
