kitchen floor: hardwood vs.ceramic?

some of Minto model home are using hardwood floor. They do look nice with hardwood.

richcraft use ceramic tile.

i would choose hardwood for the kitchen floor, although it is more expensive than ceramic tile.

Usually builders will agree change ceramic to hardwood without extra charge.

I like ceramic in kitchen, its easy to clean.
Also, water and oil is easy to splash in the kitchen floor, its not good for hardwood.

Hardwood floor is better, my personal opinion.
