The city/town is Prescott, 1.5 hours driving from Ottawa.
1) drive thru Canada custom and go to USA custom.
2) tell USA officers that you want to enter USA, of course, you will be refused
3) go back to Canada custom and talk to the Canadian officers, and show them your
new landing paper and etc.
4) important questions: a- how much money you bring with you (I guess 5-10K$ is enough).
b- fill out a form for anything you might want to bring into Canada later and
don't need to pay custom tax
