really? I've been UHIP for 3 months and was taken 200+ dollars,

not all of UHIP,part of it can be refound and must after 1 year.
(3 months? what u mean? u should pay the whole year UHIP, isnot it?).
It happend to my friend in 1999 in UO.
But, anyway, u should check the international office first for the police.
