51 defects came like this:

A reputed builder in Ottawa and 51 defects in 30 day report??? LOL

You're sort of right the stupid form asked you to list the defects room by room...it really took me sometime to fill that 30 day report...I have to check the Ontario Building Performance Guideline to phrase each defect I found...learned quite a lot though

Minto inspector told me to list similar items as one and use post-it to indicate location at the time of repair.

What made me mad was that my floor squeaks all the time, but stops squeaking whenever the Minto inspector comes! He must have bribed my floor.

What made me mad was that my floor squeaks all the time, but stops squeaking whenever the Minto inspector comes! He must have bribed my floor.

put a lot nails will help.
