That's just a very rough definition. Maybe it's too broad?

According to this definition, office workers, including secretaries and receptionists are all so called "white collar"s. Maybe they should be, I don't know.

My original intent was to add some restrctions on incomes, such as "more than $35 per hour". But I'm sure there will be a lot of argument again for that (too low, too high), so forget it.

they all posted online, just go and check all the forums, u will see different kinds of parties, especially during holiday, ex. halloween, pretty much all students associations gonna organize party such as OUCSA, CUCSA, ACCSA, and it's a great place meet girls under 25, hehe, anyways,good luck

Actually after so many years, I've got used to my surroundings in Canada. The first 5 years after I moved to Canada, I always wanted to leave here for some place with more things happening. But then slowly I became part of this place. I found the peace here. Not long ago my company wants to move me to Asia and I refused. That would be impossible to me if it happened 7 years ago.
But now I moved to Ottawa, I have to say that it's pretty boring in Ottawa.
