BC dirver's license

1) I am going to move to BC end of this year. Now I am holding G2 license in Ontario. Should I take G2 exit road test to get full G license before I move to BC? If I get full G license in Ontario, will I get full-privilege license right away in BC? How does it affect the car insurance in BC? Help me please.
Also what kind of paper work/document should I bring with me from Ontario in order to get car insurance in BC?

2) Do I qualified for Medicare right away as soon as I arrive in BC or I have to wait for three months?

g2 = 7 level in BC, if you want to drive, you must have a green brand with letter "N" on the window of your car
g = 5 level in bc, you dont need "N" brand

the auto insurance in BC is only ICBC provided by BC goverment

whenever you apply care card, you have to wait 3 months, during this time, you can buy a private health insurance
